- 1-3 Yrs experience of Life Assurance, Mortgage Protection, Income Protection. Pensions an advantage.
- Support consultants
- Dealing with queries and quotations
- Accurately and comprehensively recording all communications with clients.
- Escalate queries to providers and team members as appropriate.
- Desire to learn and grow in the role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of compliance and awareness of legislative environment and changes
